I have been in sales for over 36 years starting in office equipment and then telecommunications. Throughout my career my main focus has always been the customer. With my outstanding record in managing long-term relationships my objective is always making sure my customers have what they need to provide total satisfaction to their customers and building their business while reducing costs.
Born in Neenah and living in the Fox Valley Appleton/Neenah area since high school, my wife Michelle and I moved to Winneconne in 1991. My father worked for Kimberly-Clark and his 34-year career included 4 transfers while I was growing up. Although those decisions where hard for my parents to move the family to Connecticut and California and back to Wisconsin. Ultimately, they were trying to do what was best for his career and providing for their family. They instilled in their children the classic mid-west family values of hard work and respect. As a proud parent of 3 children and 2 grandchildren, my wife and I have practiced these same values in our kids. I tell this because I think these values have been so important to being successful professionally in the business world. Listening, understanding, respecting and good communication when working with customers is key to successfully achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
I have lived on or near the water for most of my life and enjoy boating and just being on the water. In 2008 I earned a U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine captain license and one of the captains for the Fin N’ Feather Show Boat II here in Winneconne. Looking forward to more opportunities for sailing vessels on the Great Lakes and Eastern Costal boundaries in the future. I am very excited about the Real Estate opportunity and helping clients & customers achieve their residential or commercial needs and dreams. I have always had a love for architecture and the home with how the look, style and location are critical challenges in the decision-making process. I have bought and sold many homes including building homes as well as owning a waterfront condo and served on the board. After working in Corporate America for over 18 years and going through 2 downsize reorganizations, I made the decision to earn my Real Estate license and do what I love to do. I am really excited to join the Beiser Realty team.
